Located in the heart of the city, this Beatles themed hotel is perfect for fans who want to be near the famous Cavern Club and various shopping centers. Great location in the centre of the city and easily accessible. Although there was some outside noise, the soundproofing was relatively good and did not disturb our sleep. The decor was stylish and modern, and we had a lovely conversation with the friendly breakfast staff.

The staff at this hotel were quick, efficient, and pleasant during check-in. The location was fantastic, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars. It was also close to a famous music venue. We were kinda surprised by the complementary upgraded room we received for our silver wedding anniversary. The hotel wasvery comfy and tidy in all areas. The cocktail bar was a highlight, with great drinks and a nice ambiance. we had a fabulous experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
That our room was located at the back of the hotel, and we experienced loud music from the nearby street late at night. This made it difficult to sleep and left us feeling exhausted after our two-night stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place! The location is perfect - right in the heart of the city centre, with plenty of shops, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who was accommodating and the Duty Manager who went above and beyond. The room was very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including an in-room safe, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I also loved the jacuzzi and live entertainment in the leisure area.
This venue is highly recommended for families with children, as there are plenty of amenities and activities available to keep them entertained including board games and a children's menu.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff at reception, Mahmood and Maria, were friendly and accommodating. They made me feel completely at home and were really nice too make my stay special. The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was within short walking distance of everything I wanted to explore in this city. my room was spacious with lots of windows, making it feel light and airy. It was great to have a room with a bathtub as well.
